Netherite-Iron Basics

Netherite-Iron Ingot is the material behind the Netherite-Iron tier. Every Netherite-Iron item is made with a smithing_transform recipe at a smithing table. Combine a Netherite Ingot with an Iron Ingot and the base item to produce the Netherite-Iron result.

The full Netherite-Iron line includes Netherite-Iron Helmet, Netherite-Iron Chestplate, Netherite-Iron Leggings, Netherite-Iron Boots, Netherite-Iron Sword, Netherite-Iron Pickaxe, Netherite-Iron Axe, Netherite-Iron Shovel, Netherite-Iron Hoe, and Netherite-Iron Spear. Iron is cheap, so this tier is the easiest to mass-produce once you have Netherite Ingots.

Netherite-Gold Basics

Netherite-Gold follows the same pattern. Netherite-Gold Ingot is made by combining a Netherite Ingot with a Gold Ingot at the smithing table. From there you can craft Netherite-Gold Helmet, Netherite-Gold Chestplate, Netherite-Gold Leggings, Netherite-Gold Boots, Netherite-Gold Sword, Netherite-Gold Pickaxe, Netherite-Gold Axe, Netherite-Gold Shovel, Netherite-Gold Hoe, and Netherite-Gold Spear.

Storing Both Tiers

Nine Netherite-Iron Ingots make a Block of Netherite-Iron with a crafting_shaped recipe. Nine Netherite-Gold Ingots make a Block of Netherite-Gold the same way. Both blocks break back into ingots using a crafting_shapeless recipe. Keep a block of each on hand so you can convert quickly when a recipe calls for ingots.
