How to Craft Netherite-Diamond Ingots

Combine Netherite and Diamond

Netherite-Diamond Ingot is the base material for the entire Netherite-Diamond gear line. You need one Netherite Ingot and one Diamond to make one Netherite-Diamond Ingot. The recipe is a crafting_shapeless recipe, so the two items can sit in any slots of the crafting grid.

1. Place a Netherite Ingot and a Diamond anywhere in the crafting grid.

2. Take the resulting Netherite-Diamond Ingot.

Repeat for each ingot you need. Every piece of Netherite-Diamond armor, every tool, and the Block of Netherite-Diamond all consume these ingots, so batch-craft them before starting gear.

Turn Ingots Into a Block

Nine Netherite-Diamond Ingots combine into one Block of Netherite-Diamond using a crafting_shaped recipe. This is storage only — the block does not craft back into gear directly, but it compresses ingots for compact storage or decoration.

Plan Your Ingot Count

A full Netherite-Diamond armor set (Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, Boots) plus a Sword, Pickaxe, Axe, Shovel, Hoe, and Spear consumes a large number of ingots. Craft the ingots first, then move to the smithing step that upgrades your existing Netherite gear into Netherite-Diamond gear.
