How to Craft Netherite-Diamond Ingots and Gear

Getting the Ingot

Netherite-Diamond Ingot is the base material for the entire Netherite-Diamond tier. You need Netherite-Diamond Ingot before you can make any Netherite-Diamond tool, weapon, or armor piece. The recipe is a smithing_transform, so you need a smithing table, not a crafting table.

Place your smithing table and open it. Put a Netherite Ingot in the template slot, a Diamond in the addition slot, and the appropriate base item in the base slot. The result is the corresponding Netherite-Diamond item. This same smithing_transform pattern is what upgrades vanilla diamond gear into the Netherite-Diamond tier.

Crafting the Full Set

Once you have Netherite-Diamond Ingot, you can produce the full equipment line: Netherite-Diamond Helmet, Netherite-Diamond Chestplate, Netherite-Diamond Leggings, Netherite-Diamond Boots, Netherite-Diamond Sword, Netherite-Diamond Pickaxe, Netherite-Diamond Axe, Netherite-Diamond Shovel, Netherite-Diamond Hoe, and Netherite-Diamond Spear.

Each piece uses a smithing_transform recipe. Keep a stack of Netherite Ingots and Diamonds on hand so you can run the table repeatedly without stopping. Upgrade your most-used tools first — pickaxe, then sword, then armor — so you feel the benefit immediately.

Storing Ingots

Nine Netherite-Diamond Ingots compress into a Block of Netherite-Diamond using a crafting_shaped recipe. Use the block for compact storage or as a decorative build block. Break it back down with a crafting_shapeless recipe when you need ingots again.
