The Web Hook is produced by a crafting_shaped recipe. Use a crafting table and position the ingredients in the exact shaped layout the recipe shows. Shaped recipes ignore ingredients placed in the wrong slots, so verify each slot before taking the output. Move the finished Web Hook into your inventory.

Craft the Web Hook Launcher

The Web Hook Launcher is a distinct crafting_shaped recipe. It consumes a Launcher Prototype together with the Web Hook and the remaining ingredients specified by the recipe. Craft the Launcher Prototype beforehand if your inventory does not already contain one.

Once you have both the Launcher Prototype and the Web Hook, arrange them in the crafting grid as the recipe dictates. The output is the Web Hook Launcher, which fires the Web Hook.

Treat the launcher and hook as a matched pair: the launcher is the tool, the Web Hook is the ammunition-style item it uses. Keep spare Web Hooks in a nearby chest so you can keep using the launcher without recrafting from scratch.
