Build the Spear Hook

The Spear Hook is crafted with a crafting_shaped recipe at a crafting table. Place the ingredients in the shaped arrangement the recipe requires — shaped recipes are slot-sensitive, so match the pattern exactly rather than filling slots randomly. Collect the Spear Hook from the output slot.

Build the Spear Hook Launcher

The Spear Hook Launcher is its own crafting_shaped recipe. It requires a Launcher Prototype plus the Spear Hook and the other ingredients listed in the recipe. If you have not yet made a Launcher Prototype, craft one first; the launcher recipe will not produce output without it.

With the Launcher Prototype and Spear Hook ready, arrange them in the crafting grid per the recipe. The result is the Spear Hook Launcher. This launcher is the delivery tool for the Spear Hook — the two items work as a set.

Because both the hook and the launcher are separate crafted items, plan your materials around making at least one of each. If you intend to use the Spear Hook Launcher often, craft multiple Spear Hooks in one session so you always have a replacement on hand.
