How to Produce Syngas with the Syngas Producer Controller

Feed the System

Place a Syngas Producer Controller. Connect an Item Input Port to receive solid feedstock and a Gas Intake Valve to receive any gaseous input. Route items out through an Item Output Port when byproducts accumulate.

Mix and Compress

Connect the controller to a Mixing Chamber and a Gas Mix Compressor. The Mixing Chamber blends incoming materials, and the Gas Mix Compressor raises the gas to the pressure the producer needs. Use Iron Tubing to link these blocks.

Fuel/Air Mixing

Attach a Fuel/Air Mixer downstream of the compressor. This combines the compressed gas stream with air before it reaches the Syngas Producer Controller. Without the Fuel/Air Mixer, the controller has no mixed charge to convert.

Storage and Delivery

Pipe the resulting syngas into a Fuel Tank for buffering. From the Fuel Tank, route the gas to a Gas Turbine controller to burn it for power. Use a Fluid Output Valve to drain condensate and a Pressure Valve or Advanced Pressure Valve to regulate line pressure. A Sensor Module can be attached to monitor conditions, and a Redstone Control Module lets you gate the producer on or off with a redstone signal. Wire redstone with Redstone-Iron Wiring.
