How to Build a Steam Turbine Setup
Steam Source
Produce Steam in a Heating Chamber. Feed water through a Fluid Intake Valve and heat it with the Heating Chamber's internal process. Store the resulting Steam in a Fuel Tank or pipe it directly. A Heat Exchanger paired with a Heat Exchanger Controller lets you recover heat from the turbine exhaust and reuse it in the Heating Chamber loop.
Turbine Assembly
Place a Steam Turbine Controller and build the housing from Iron Frame and Iron Tubing. Attach a Fluid Intake Valve for steam input and a Fluid Output Valve for condensate return. Insert a Basic Turbine Rotor with Basic Turbine Blades, or upgrade through Composite, Reinforced, Enhanced, and Advanced Turbine Rotor and Blade tiers using the corresponding Upgrade Kit.
Power Output
Connect a Power IO Module to the Steam Turbine Controller and wire it with Redstone-Iron Wiring to a Basic Power Capacitor, Advanced Power Capacitor, or High Density Power Capacitor. Choose an emitter tier — Low Voltage Emitter, Medium Voltage Emitter, High Voltage Emitter, Extreme Voltage Emitter, or Insane Voltage Emitter — to match your grid. Add a Redstone Control Module for on/off control and a Sensor Module to trigger the turbine when steam pressure is available. Return condensate to the Heating Chamber to close the loop.
