Crafting the Admin Gun

The Admin Gun is the entry point for most of the mod's ranged tools. Gather the materials for a standard gun frame plus the mod's core components, then assemble the Admin Gun at a crafting table. Once crafted, it goes in your main hand like any other ranged weapon.

Firing and Reloading

Hold the Admin Gun and use it to fire. It consumes ammunition from your inventory; keep a stack of the appropriate rounds on you before heading out. If it stops firing, check that you still have ammo and that nothing is blocking your line of sight. The Admin Gun works at long range and is the base you build the Admin Rocket Launcher from later.

Practical Uses

Use the Admin Gun for general combat and for clearing hostile mobs at a distance. It pairs well with the Lightning Staff when you want to soften a group before closing in, and with the Teleport Admin Sword when you need to reposition after firing. If you plan to fight in tight spaces, switch to the Air Admin Sword or Fire Admin Sword instead, since the gun's projectiles can be awkward indoors. For demolition work, move up to the Admin Rocket Launcher or the Glass Launcher rather than wasting gun ammo on blocks.
