Move Enchantments Between Items

Place an Enchantment Mover block. Put the enchanted item you want to strip into the input slot and the target item into the output slot. The Mover transfers enchantments from one item to the other without destroying either. This is useful when you want to consolidate enchantments onto a single tool or move them off a nearly broken item.

Store Enchantments on Books

Use the Book Enchantment Mover to pull enchantments onto books instead of onto another item. Feed it an enchanted item and blank books. The block writes the enchantments onto the books so you can keep them in storage or apply them later at an anvil. This is the safer option when you are not sure which item you want to enchant yet.

Practical Tips

Both blocks need to be placed in the world and interacted with directly. Keep a supply of books nearby when using the Book Enchantment Mover. If you only want to move one enchantment and leave the rest, remove the unwanted ones first or use separate items. Combine these blocks with the Workbench Plus to handle crafting and repair work in the same area.
