Managing Spawners with the Spawner Controller

What the Spawner Controller Does

Place a Spawner Controller next to or near a mob spawner. The block lets you control how the spawner behaves, including whether it spawns mobs and how those mobs are handled. This is the tool to use when you want a spawner to keep producing drops without flooding your base.

Setting Up a Farm

Build a collection area around the spawner. Place the Spawner Controller so it can reach the spawner block. Route the mob drops into a chest using hoppers or pipes. If you want the mobs killed automatically, combine the controller with a Breaker Plus or a Laser Plus positioned to hit the spawn area. The Laser Plus works well for continuous damage without needing a player present.

Controlling Output

Use the controller to pause spawning when your storage is full. This prevents lag from too many mobs. Pair it with the StatusChecker to monitor whether the spawner is active. If you need to move the spawner itself, break it with a tool that preserves the block, then place it in the new location and reattach the controller.
