Applying Additional Banners Patterns to Banners with a Loom

Gather Your Materials

You need three things: a banner, a dye, and one of the mod's banner pattern items. The patterns available are Anchor Banner Pattern, Balance Banner Pattern, Chain Banner Pattern, Dragon Banner Pattern, Frame Banner Pattern, Grass Banner Pattern, Hex Banner Pattern, Kelp Banner Pattern, Moon Banner Pattern, Mushroom Banner Pattern, Phantom Banner Pattern, Prismarine Banner Pattern, Pumpkin Banner Pattern, Scales Banner Pattern, Shield Banner Pattern, Snowflake Banner Pattern, Spider Banner Pattern, Squares Banner Pattern, Squid Banner Pattern, Starburst Banner Pattern, Steps Banner Pattern, Suit Banner Pattern, Sword Banner Pattern, Trident Banner Pattern, and Waterfall Banner Pattern.

Use the Loom

Place a loom and open it. Put the banner in the banner slot, the dye in the dye slot, and the pattern item in the pattern slot. The loom previews the result, and you take the finished banner out.

Each pattern stamps a distinct shape, so pick the one that matches the look you want — a Sword Banner Pattern for a blade motif, a Snowflake Banner Pattern for a winter theme, a Kelp Banner Pattern for an ocean build, and so on. Swap the dye to change the color of the stamped design without changing the pattern.

The pattern item is not consumed by the loom, so a single Anchor Banner Pattern or Waterfall Banner Pattern can decorate an entire wall of banners. Combine multiple patterns on one banner by repeating the loom process with a different pattern each time.
