Adjust Anti-Aliasing Modes
Understanding Anti-Aliasing in AALab
Anti-aliasing smooths the jagged edges of blocks and terrain, making your world look cleaner and less pixelated. AALab Shaders offers multiple anti-aliasing modes to suit different visual preferences and performance needs.
Finding Anti-Aliasing Options
In the shader settings menu, locate the anti-aliasing section. You'll see several mode options available, each with different visual quality and performance impact.
Selecting Your Mode
- Choose a stronger anti-aliasing mode for smoother edges if your hardware supports it.
- Select a lighter mode or disable it if you need better frame rates.
- Test each mode briefly in-game to see which balance of clarity and smoothness you prefer.
Performance Tip
Anti-aliasing is one of the heavier features in this shader pack. If you're experiencing frame rate drops, reducing the anti-aliasing intensity is often more effective than lowering other settings. You can always re-enable it later if your system improves.
